Well the plants have been doing well. I put layer of earthworm casting over all of the pots of soil, that will add some mild nutrients, some beneficial bacteria, and help keep the moisture in the coco. I also applied cottonseed meal (npk 6-1-1) to all of the pots, it is a mild organic nutrient, that breaks down slowly, and has little risk of burning the plants, but I am still going to apply the earth juice grow and micro as needed because there may not be enough bacteria in the medium to break down the cottonseed meal.
About 3 weeks ago I started noticing some leaves turning a pale yellow color, but the veins in the leaves stayed a nice green color. I figured it was an iron defiecency, because those are the symptoms, so I gave them a full dose of Earth Juice Microblast (micronutrients), and seen no improvement but the problem didn't worsen. So I decided to get a product from the local garden nursery which has a very high level of chelated iron. I applied that product twice at the recomended dosage and have seen no improvement, but it still hadn't gotten worse. I looked at the earth juice website, and examined their feeding schedule, and noticed they recommend using 4 tsp to 6 tsp per gallon of the grow nutrients, and I have only been using 1 tsp, so I think I've found the problem, it may be a nitrogen defeciency. I gave all of the plants the recommended dose of nutrients yesterday, and if that was the problem, then they should start looking better within the week.
